- A dedicated wheelchair-friendly ramp was constructed at the entrance, complete with stainless steel handrails and slip-resistant finishes. This provides step-free access from the driveway into the home, ensuring safe and independent movement for elderly or mobility-assisted occupants.
- Safety-Focused Bathroom Design
- Bathrooms were designed with accessibility in mind, featuring non-slip flooring, wall-mounted grab bars, step-free shower zones, and accessible sanitary fittings. Window placement allows natural ventilation while maintaining privacy.
- Clean and Durable External Finishes
- External walls were finished in a neutral, light-toned palette, paired with timber-framed windows and coordinated ledges. The result is a timeless façade that blends well with the surrounding greenery while remaining easy to maintain.
- Dedicated Air-Conditioning Ledges
- Purpose-built AC ledges were installed along the side elevation to house condenser units neatly and safely. This improves serviceability, airflow, and keeps external elevations uncluttered.
